I Can't Help Her

For almost all my life I have tried to tell people and show them how beautiful they are. I have come to the realization that no matter what I say or do I am not changing the way they think. I would love for the people I know to believe, and know how beautiful they were and are. I also am bothered by the fact that I thought for once I was actually helping someone with their self-esteem and to find out that I have accomplished nothing.
