Bad Day At Work

One of the worst things happened at work yesterday. I was in the process of making sandwiches and a lady walks up wanting some water. So it is explained to her that we charge full price for the cups, not that we want to but we have to. She was not very happy, so she decided to tell us our trash can need to be wiped and that she would pray for our souls so that we would not burn in hell. I just calmly told her thank you and that i appreciated it.
